The last two years have seen not only an accelerated digital transformation by companies, but also by consumers. Companies that had been “toying” with the idea of implementing CDP’s or advanced data practices were now jumping in with the whole team in the midst of data fluidity and the loss of effective channels. The good news? Email saved the day, time after time. We didn’t need a physical store, search term or display ad. We had the consumers email address. Based on this transformation, email can transform as well by tapping into that sense of urgency across organizations and work to achieving personalization at-scale.
