With a 10+ year background in digital marketing, I’ve learned that eCommerce and digital communications are the engines that drive business today. I’m experienced at creating and managing digital campaigns, including email, paid, social and creating organic content to create brand awareness, increase site traffic and leads, and drive conversions.
Working in marketing management for several years I have realized great recruiting and training, along with a process improvement attitude is one of the best ways to develop a team to achieve marketing success. Finding the balance between branding and growth marketing is important to all retail organizations. I believe in a layered mix of marketing: High level brand, a middle level with promotion and a one-to-one customer lifecycle level. Together you can continue to add sustainability to your brand voice, while acquiring in-market customers, and continuing that relationship post-purchase.
I have great passion for marketing, but almost as much passion for how to make it happen. I know that the strategies and plans marketers come up with, don’t mean much without the team and process to have them executed. Not to mention agreed upon metrics for determining success and next steps for each campaign.
